GENERAL
- I have the right to decline your commission request.
- I have the right to post the commissioned work to my social media (belladonnauv) to advertise my work unless the private commission fee is paid.
- No rushing, but you may kindly ask about the status of your commission.TAT depends on my current workload/queue/commission type.
- If you take too long to respond to updates and questions, the TAT can be affected and your commission can potentially be canceled or more time will be needed for it to be complete.FOR SPICY ART REQUESTS
- You MUST be 18 years or older when requesting artwork of mature content.
- Characters requested to draw MUST be 18 years or older.PAYMENTS
- The prices listed are base prices of the service.
- Complexity, Add-ons, etc. may increase the price.
- The commission must be paid fully before I start- Requests made through VGEN: Payment will be processed via the VGen platformIf there is a queue and the payment is not sent within 3 days, I will move on to the next person. You will be moved to the “waitlist” or you can opt out of the commission request. In the waitlist, your request can be declined if I decide to close commissions or if the queue is full.REVISIONS
- A sketch will be sent for approval and changes can be requested in this stage. Changes are free of charge at this stage.
- In the coloring stages of the commission, big changes (expression/pose/etc.) will NOT be made.
- After the rough sketch has been approved, a final sketch will be made. (Does not apply to colored doodles.)
- once the sketch is approved, I will move on to coloring.
- A complete remake of the commission will cost +100% of the price. I may decline the remake request depending on commission queues or the time available.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Guaranteed delivery date depends on the commission type and my schedule.
- I will send the delivery date on the commission proposal. In case of needing an extension, I will notify you at least few days in advance.
- Waiting times may increase depending on commission queues.
- If you wish to have your artwork by a specific date, it must be communicated and I will decide if I can fulfill your request. Rush fees may be charged.
- Completed versions of the commission will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder and sent to you. (Via link or email directly)USE & Licenses
- Art must be credited using @belladonnauv or $ https://vgen.co/belladonna_uv$
- As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to publish on social media and/or use it in future printed art books, portfolios, and zines. The following licenses might be of your interest:
- Commercial use: For commercial use, you must pay x2 of the total price. With commercial use permission, you can use the art in merchandise or any other profitable form (not applied to monetized social media use). However, as the artist, I still own the copyright of the art.
- Private commission fee: Paying the private commission fee means I will not share your commission in my social media only, however, I still own the copyright of the art. I can still use it on commercial printed publications.
- Commercial buyout fee: Grants you exclusive ownership of the file. The artwork will remain entirely private and will never be public on social media or used in any future commercial merchandise or printed publicationsREFUNDS
If I have not started your commission, you may request a full refund.Refunds will not be given after a final result has been completed and delivered. Partial refunds can be given if the commission has already been worked on. The amount depends on the current stage of the commission: If a Rough sketch has been completed: 70% of the amount paid can be refunded. If a clean sketch has been completed: 40% of the price paid can be refunded. If a base color has been completed: 10% of the price paid can be refunded.
- If I have to cancel a commission due to circumstances on my end, you may ask for a full refund.
- If you do not respond to updates or messages in 3 weeks, I have the right to cancel your commission and a partial refund can be requested depending on the stage the commission is in (refer to the points above)COMMUNICATION
We can communicate through Instagram, Discord, Facebook Messenger, or X regarding the commission.Updates and communication will be made through the platform you and I agreed to communicate with.UPDATES
**Examples of "Big revisions": changes in expression, outfit, hairstyle, minor changes in pose, etc.
